We came across “Lettuce Grow” practically by accident. We saw it pop-up as an advertisement online. After doing a bit of research, my husband, James, and I were smitten!
James and I have grown up gardening and have always loved having produce right at our fingertips. For some reason, watching a plant grow, makes it taste so much better! Right?! James and I tend to eat salad as a side, with practically two meals a day (lunch and dinner). So we are constantly buying tons of lettuce and veggies. One thing we, and our daughter, love…is fruit! But we just aren’t the best at buying and using it regularly. Sometimes it is because of the limited availability in our area and limitation of the seeds available as well. We are hoping that this new product will help us better incorporate foods we know we love in a way that we also love- through gardening!
We live out in the panhandle of Texas in a tiny little town called Pampa. We often experience windy weather with our first winter freeze beginning in October. We are now destined for the dry, scorching heats in the summer…and after this last arctic freeze this past month…I’m looking forward to it!
We decided to purchase Lettuce Grow Farmstand with 36 spaces for seedlings. We ordered everything online through the website. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The seedlings were shipped the day the equipment arrived, so we had plenty of time to prepare for the seedlings. The seedlings ship when the plants are 3-4 weeks old. So the first harvest comes pretty quickly!
