Ingredients:
- 2 Cans of Pinto Beans
- 2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans
- 2 Cans of Black Beans
- 2 TBL of Oil
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Can of Corn
- 3 Small Carrots diced
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Stocks of Celery Chopped
- 3 Bell peppers
- 1 Large Cans of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Large Can of Diced Tomato
- 2-3 Cups of Vegetable Stock (or more as needed)
- 3 TBL of Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp of Cumin
- 1 Tsp of Cayenne
- 1 tsp of Paprika
- 1 Tsp of Oregano
Directions:
- Saute the Veggies in Oil
- Add Seasoning
- Add Sauce, Diced Tomato, and Stock
- Simmer for 15 Min
- Serve with Vegan Cornbread
