Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Egg-Free Pasta
- 1 Large Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Small can of Tomato Paste
- 3 TBL of Olive Oil
- 3 TBL of Chopped Fresh Basil (2 tsp dry)
- 3 TBl of Chopped Fresh Oregano (2 tsp dry)
- 3 TBL of Chopped fresh Thyme (2 tsp dry)
- 3 TBl of Chopped Fresh Garlic (2 Tsp of dry)
- 2 tsp. Of Red Pepper Flake (if you like heat, add more)
- Top with a sprinkle of Nutritional Yeast (Tastes like Parmesan Cheese)
Directions:
- Heat a pot of water and cook pasta according to package directions.
- Once pasta has cooked and drained, using the same pot, add olive oil, herbs, spices, and garlic.
- Then add and mix Tomato paste into the oil. Once the oil in the pan turns a deep dark orange, add the sauce.
- Turn down the heat and let the pasta sauce simmer for at least 10 min. Longer you let it go, the better it gets.
- Mix into the pasta and top with nutritional yeast.
