Ingredients:
2 Bags of Frozen Stir Fry Veggies
1 Tbl Sesame Oil or Water
3 Cups Veggie Broth
¼ Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
2 TBL of Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TBL of Maple Syrup
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 TSP Ground Ginger
½ Tsp Red Pepper Flake
½ Head Cabbage
12 ounces WHole Wheat, Egg-Free Angel Hair Pasta (Any Noodles will Do)
Pepper and Salt
Directions:
- Put everything in the Insta Pot EXCEPT Cabbage and Noodles
- Shred Cabbage and Lightly put it on top of sauce and veggies and spices
- On Top of the cabbage put the Noodles
- Cook in Insta Pot on high pressure for 6 Minutes.
- Mix and Enjoy.
